Head of Steam is a rich source of information for those who are interested in the railways, as well as general local history and heritage. We run a series of lectures throughout the year, in conjunction with the Friends of Head of Steam Museum.

All lectures are held in the museum's Meeting Room, unless otherwise stated. Most lectures are free to members of the Friends, except the Curator's Lectures, which have an admission fee. None members are welcome (telephone the museum on 01325 460532 for membership or price details).
