LIVEDarlington concession card
LIVEDarlington is available to:
- Those in receipt of a means tested benefit, including the following:
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Working Tax Credit
- Guarantee Credit part of Pension Credit
- Income Support
- Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
- Senior Citizens over the age of 60 years
- Asylum seekers
- Full time students over the age of 16 years
- Children in the care of the Council
- Children under 16 years of age of people who qualify under the above categories
- Carer - an accompanying adult who is providing caring support for another person with any kind of physical, sensory or mental impairment including learning disability
- People with a disability
The cards use swipe card technology, with users’ photographs taken and stored on the system so cards cannot be used by anyone else.
To access the LIVEDarlington rate on court bookings, all customers using the court must have a LIVEDarlington card.

All applications are administered at the Dolphin Centre and need to be made in person.
