Service Standards
In delivering its service, the Anti-social Behaviour Team:
- Takes reports of anti-social behaviour very seriously and keeps a detailed record of all cases
- Investigates all cases that are reported and protects the identity of the victim
- Informs victims of progress and takes their views into account regarding any action to be taken (Where it is necessary to take legal action, victims will be consulted to ensure that they wish to be involved in this and will be kept informed throughout the process)
- Provides information to residents regarding its actions and new ASB initiatives through attendance at community meetings and articles in local papers
Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Anti-Social Behaviour Team has been proactively dealing with nuisance and anti-social behaviour in residential areas of Darlington and is keen to assess the quality and effectiveness of this service to help enhance the service that is offered in the future.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys were distributed within the residential areas affected by anti-social behaviour and comments received have been positive:
