For Rent accounts this will be the 9 digit Tenancy Number shown on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Council Tax accounts this will be the 11 character Payment Reference Number shown on the top left hand side of your bill. Alternatively it is the 11 character Payment Reference Number shown on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Non Domestic (Business) Rates accounts this will be the 11 character Payment Reference Number shown on the top left hand side of your bill. Alternatively it is the 11 character Payment Reference Number shown on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Sundry Debtor accounts this will be the 7 digit Invoice Number on top right hand side of your bill. Alternatively it is the 7 digit Reference Number shown at the bottom of a Sundry Debtor reminder letter or the 7 digit Reference Number shown on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Mortgage accounts this will be the 6 digit Mortgage Account Number on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Benefit Overpayments this will be the 8 digit Invoice Number on the remittance advice portion of your bill or reminder. Alternatively it is the 8 digit Reference Number shown on the bottom right hand side of your Girobank Plastic Card.
For Parking Fines this will be the 6 digit Notice Number at the top of the parking ticket, or if the notice number starts 'DL' use the following 8 digits.
