Planning Application Forms

All of these various different Planning Application forms are available to download below, along with guidance for each.  These new forms have been introduced nationally by the government to replace all local authorities' own versions.  Please note that:

  • You will need to complete 4 copies of the form as specified.
  • The application form comprises only part of your submission.  Various attachments will also be required.  See What to Include and Validation.

Proposed Demolition Site Notice [pdf document]

This should be completed in conjunction with the Demolition Determination and submitted with the application.  One completed notice should be displayed on or near the site in accordance with the guidance accompanying the Demolition Determination.

Notice to owner [pdf document]

This form should be used to inform the owner (or part owner) of a site that an application is being made on his/her land or property.  This only applies if the applicant is not the sole owner of the site.  The completed form should be sent to the owner.

Press notice [pdf document]

This form should be used to provide details about the application to the press for publication.
