Supplementary Planning Document

The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document provides detail about how much, where, when and in what way the Council expects affordable housing to be provided in new housing development. It elaborates on Borough of Darlington Local Plan Policies H9 (meeting affordable housing needs) and H10 (affordable housing in the rural area).

The adopted SPD has now been produced and can be viewed or downloaded here:
