Eastern Town Centre Fringe Area Action Plan
This Development Plan Document (DPD) is a key part of the Local Development Framework (LDF), which will set out the precise land allocations for specific uses or sites subject to specific policies / proposals located in the Eastern Town Centre Fringe. It will elaborate on many of the policies of the Core Strategy.
Eastern Town Centre Fringe Scoping Report
This scoping report represents the first stage of preparing the Area Action Plan - the starting point for discussion and debate about what the document will include and what should inform its preparation.
Although the consultation period has now closed, feedback from this consultation will inform preparation of the Issues and Options for site allocations, due to be published in October/November 2012.
