  • LDF Core Strategy (note these policies do not relate to clearly identified sites so all policies in this document should be assessed for relevance)
  • LDF Joint Tees Valley Minerals and Waste Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD)
  • LDF Joint Tees Valley Minerals and Waste Policies and Sites DPD
  • Saved polices from The Borough of Darlington Local Plan (follow link for more details of status of Policies in the Local Plan).

Please note: Only spatial data is displayed on this proposals map, please also follow the link at the bottom of the search results to display ‘Borough Wide’ policies that may apply to development anywhere in the borough regardless of location.
