Faverdale East Business Park

The Faverdale East Business Park is a 35 hectare Greenfield development site for new commercial, industrial and warehousing units on the northern outskirts of Darlington, opposite the well established Faverdale Industrial Estate.

Faverdale East is a key employment site within Darlington and forms a natural progression to the existing Faverdale industrial estate.

The site development is split in to several phases with Phase 1 seeing the development of approximately 10 hectares of land.

Faverdale East Business Park is strategically located on the western edge of the Darlington conurbation, with direct access to the A1 Motorway (Junction 58 one mile away) through the A68.
