View Planning Applications Online
MyServices Planning (MSP) provides you with the facility to view and comment on planning applications online. MSP provides the facility to display any relevant plans and documents relating to the planning application, and also includes a functionality to allow for the scaling and measuring of these documents.
It is available 24 hours a day and you won’t need to travel to the Planning Office at the Town Hall to find out what’s happening near you!

What can I view online?
From November 2010 - all applications and related documents can be viewed online using MyServices Planning.
Details from applications prior to then can be viewed online, but supporting documents will not be available. These documents can be viewed at the Customer Service Centre in the Town Hall (please make an appointment if you want to meet with the case officer for a specific application)
What if I don't have internet access or don't want to comment online?
There is a facility to use MyServices Planning on a dedicated computer that is located in the Reception Area in Customer Services in the Town Hall. You can also view planning application records in the Town Hall.
If you don't want to comment online, there are other ways you can comment on a planning application.
