How to use park and pay
There are two ways you can use Park and Pay: By phone, or by text.
Pay by Phone
- Just call 0870 066 2501 and follow the instructions
- The first time you call you will need to have a valid credit or debit card with you, and also your vehicle registration number. Please wait for confirmation of your transaction before ending the call.
- Each car park has its own individual location refernce number. These numbers are shown in all parking areas and on the website
- Once you have parked call back at anytime to extend your stay.
- Your parking charges will appear on your monthly credit/debit card statement.
Text reminders cost 10p each. A receipt for your parking can be sent to you by either text or email. There is a charge of 10p for the text message receipt, but the email receipt is free of charge
You can view and print off all of your parking transactions on the Verrus Website
Pay by Text
- First Time Users - text the following information to 0795 008 0201 Please note - a space must be left between each piece of information

It is recommended for security reasons that once sent, this message should be deleted from any outgoing message folder/sent box on your mobile phone
- Existing Users - text the following information to 0795 008 0201 Please note - a space must be left between each piece of information

- If you do not receive a text confirmation within five minutes please assume that the parking session has failed. Payment can still be made either by calling 0870 066 2501 or using the pay and display machine.
