Darlington Youth Service is part of the Children’s Services Department of Darlington Borough Council.
The aim of the Youth Service is to facilitate and support young people’s growth though dependence to independence, by encouraging their personal and social development and enabling them to have a voice in society. Youth work is informed by a set of beliefs that include a commitment to equal opportunity and to young people as partners in learning and decision making.
