Path Order for unrecorded public footpath Bellburn Lane 2016

Notice of public path order

Town and country planning act 1990,
Section 257 and paragraph 1 of schedule 14,
Darlington borough council,
unrecorded public footpath at Bellburn lane order 2016.

The above named Order was made on the 12th August 2016.  The effect of the Order will be to stop up the length of public footpath at Bellburn Lane described in Schedule One below and replace it with the two footpaths described in Schedule Two.  The width of the new footpaths will be 2m.  A copy of the Order and the Order Map can be viewed online at and have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Darlington Borough Council, 17 Allington Way, Darlington DL1 4QB from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.  Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of 50p.  Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Assistant Director – Law and Governance, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT (ref: AE) not later than the 16th September 2016.  Please state the grounds on which they are made.  If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.  If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
