This programme is for 10 weeks and is designed to assist running for beginners.
The programme gently gets the body moving by alternating between walking and running small distances and slowly building up until after the 10 weeks the participant feels ready to run 5 kilometres.
5 Kilometres could be just the start of a lifetime of running as it’s not what shape you are, but what shape you are in.
The 10 week programme starts on:
Tuesday 17th January 2017, 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Meeting point is at Eastbourne Sports Complex and continues every Tuesday Evening until 14th March 2017
Wednesday 18th January 2017, 6.30pm-7.30pm Meeting point is at Eastbourne Sports Complex, and continues every Wednesday evening until 15th March 2017
The programme cost £20.00 per person and booking is required on a first come first served basis.
