Keep Fit sessions are fun, upbeat and friendly aerobic based session. All sessions are suitable for any ability and fitness level however the below key indicates the level of intensity.

Who can attend?
Anybody over the age of 16+ can attend the sessions, however you will be required to fill in a medical questionnaire and if you have had any recent illness or ongoing conditions you may be asked to seek medical guidance before taking part.
What should I bring?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and suitable footwear for physical activity, no open toes or heels. It is also recommended that you bring along a bottle of water.

Please be aware that although we try and make sure all entries are as up to date as possible, some of the activities are subject to change at short notice. We advise that you contact the sports club/venue before attending sessions or activities to check all details are up to date.
