Nordic walking involves walking with poles (similar to ski poles). These poles help the upper body to get a workout, and propel you along. Nordic walking can burn up to 47% more calories than normal walking.
Booking essential, walking poles are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and secure flat footwear.
