Parish Council Elections 2016

On Thursday, 5th May 2016, elections for the Parish Councillors to be newly established Hurworth, Neasham and Middleton St George Parish Councils were held

A 'Statement of Persons Nominated' providing details of those nominated to stand for election will be published on Friday, 8th April 2016

Key Dates

Monday, 18th April 2016, is the last date to register to vote in the Parish Council Elections. If your name is not on the Electoral Register by this date you will not be able to vote in this election. If you believe that you are not registered, you can register online (please note that you will need your Date of Birth and National Insurance Number). Alternatively, you can contact the Election Team on 01325 406444.

5pm, Tuesday, 19th April 2016, is the deadline to apply for a Postal Vote or a Postal Proxy Vote, or change or cancel an existing Postal Vote or Postal Proxy Vote, for the Parish Council Elections.

5pm, Tuesday, 26th April 2016, is the deadline to apply for a Proxy Vote (in person) for the Parish Council Elections. A Proxy Vote is when you nominate another person to vote on your behalf.
