Description of Decision to be Taken:

To fully inform members about the three proposed charging policies for adult social care and the impacts the proposed changes will have on current and future service users. The proposals have been consulted upon with service users and members of the public in two rounds of consultation. The report aims to seek Member’s approval to implement the following proposed three new charging policies within adult social care: (a) Non-Residential Charging Policy (b) Residential Charging Policy (c) Deferred Payment Policy
