To seek approval to issue a letter of comfort to Darlington Mowden Park Rugby Football Club (DMP) confirming the Council’s willingness to work with the Club, and a potential investor, with a view to entering into a joint venture to create a sports village and residential development on 42 acres of Council owned land adjacent to the Darlington Arena site subject to the grant of planning permission and an agreed and viable business plan.
