Payment of fees

A ceremony date can be provisionally held for two calendar months from enquiry.

By the end of that calendar month a booking form and payment in full must be made to secure the booking.

Payment by instalments cannot be made, full payment must be made in one payment.

A ceremony booking is only secure and confirmed once the booking form and payment have been received.

Refunds

Cancellation up to three calendar months of the ceremony date will allow a full refund however the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation within three calendar months of the ceremony there will be no refund available.

Rearrangement of a date or time of a ceremony will incur an administrative fee of £50.00 per rearrangement. Rearrangement fees paid are non-refundable in the event of a ceremony being cancelled.
