Outcomes
In delivering the Digital Strategy, a number of outcomes will be achieved for both our staff and people.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Increased independence for people with
- easier access to services
- new technologies to support independent living
- Increased support from family and friends who can access services online, as well as an enhanced signposting service
- Introducing new technologies into people’s homes. This can reduce loneliness with virtual calls and contacts with friends and relatives
- Increased efficiency for staff using the new technologies as part of their service improvement
- Through new ways of working such as flexible, agile and mobile working, staff wellbeing will be improved
