Support up to age 25

Support from the Leaving Care Team is available up to your 25th birthday.

If you choose not to receive support from a Personal Adviser (PA), or your circumstances change, you can contact the Leaving Care Team at any time up to your 25th birthday to request support.

We understand that everyone moves at their own pace and may need support at different stages of their journey into adulthood. Whether you need advice about housing, finances, education, employment, relationships, parenting, health and wellbeing, or any other aspect of independent living, we will be happy to discuss the support available to you.
