2025.10.17 Recall: YSSS Foods - Various Cheesecakes

The following notice has been issued by the Food Standards Scotland.

YSSS Foods is recalling various cheesecakes because of inadequate safety controls and incorrectly labelled product with a 'best before' date instead of a 'use-by' date.

Risk
Important safety controls were not demonstrated during the manufacturing process. In addition, the products have been labelled incorrectly with a 'best before' date instead of a 'use-by' date. This means that these products could be unsafe.

Our advice to consumers
If you have bought the above products, do not eat them. Instead, return them to where you bought them from for a full refund. For more information contact 07368 581642 or [email protected].

Action taken by the company
YSSS Food is recalling the above products. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling these products and/or on their website. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the products. Please see the attached notice.
