Product description
Blue silicone pacifier teething chain with clip supplied in blue cardboard packaging. Two products supplied per pack
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as it has parts which can detach or break off during reasonably foreseeable use, creating a small part which fits entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (TikTok)
TikTok have contacted consumers who have purchased the product to warn them of the risks.
We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
