Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire because the filling may not be fire-retardant. This means that if the seat pad comes into contact with a naked flame, the internal filing will catch fire and continue to flame.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
We recommend that consumers stop using the product immediately and return it to their nearest store for a full refund.
