The product presents a serious chemical risk as it contains excess concentrations of cadmium and nickel. Cadmium accumulates in the body, can damage organs, and may cause cancer. Nickel is a sensitiser and can cause allergic reactions if present in products that come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin. The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market. We recommend that you stop using the product immediately and contact the distributor for redress.
