A red and white toy model aircraft packaged in a white box

Hazard
The product presents a chemical risk and a risk of choking as the button battery compartment of the product is not adequately secured and is easily accessible. The button batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard to young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
