The product presents a serious risk of injuries because the braking system does not function properly. The product may move unexpectedly when the brakes are partially engaged, causing potentially hazardous scenarios. The product also does not provide the user with the necessary information to allow them to take precautions against the possible risks.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
