Darlington Inclusion Charter

Schools and colleges in Darlington have worked together to create an Inclusion Charter. It is to help everyone share the same understanding of what inclusion means in all our education institutions.

To support this, two tools have been developed:

• a reflective tool
• a self‑evaluation tool

These tools help schools use the Inclusion Charter in a practical way. They are flexible to meet the diverse range of individual circumstances, needs and aspirations of institutions and multi-academy trusts.
