Courses for adults age 19+

We offer a huge variety of courses to help people aged 19 and over to find work, upskill and learn new and exciting things.

These range from pre-entry level courses for people with limited skills and experience, through to higher education level 4 qualifications which are equivalent to diplomas.

We recognise that different learners have different needs and we offer a range of courses to suit our learners individual circumstances. These include:

Face-to-face courses – these will take place in person in a classroom environment
Distance learning courses – these will take place online and can be completed around your existing schedule and other commitments
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – these are very short courses which are completed online and are designed to help you learn essential skills for your workplace
Employment Academy – these are courses for job seekers which last one week and offer a guaranteed job interview at the end

Level 1 Award in Preparing to Work in Schools - Starting January 2026

We have the much awaited Level 1 Award in Preparing to Work in Schools starting on the 19th January for 12 weeks. This course is for people interested in volunteering or working in schools with the opportunity to develop their knowledge on the delivery of the national curriculum, understanding of the school structure, behaviour management and much more!!
