What is the curriculum intent of this course?
To upskill Learners in customer service with a renown leader in the motor vehicle solution industry, to increase confidence and gain employment.
What will the course cover?
Northgate Ethos and values. Upskill in customer Service including, complaint resolution, written and verbal communication with customer, a solving problems and making choices CPD course, a tour of the Northgate site with a chance for a Q&A session with managers and staff, call listening opportunity and a full day of interview skills course and a guaranteed Face to face interview after the completion of the full week course.

After the successful completion of this course you can study any of our Level 2 accredited Distance Learning or any of our unaccredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses to help you upskill in your future role.
