Delivery of Nomination Papers 

(Note - Nomination Papers should be submitted to the PARO at Durham County Council in relation to the PCC Election, to the CARO at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council in relation to the Combined Authority Mayoral Election and the Returning Officer at Darlington Borough Council for the By Election(s))

Between 10am and 4pm on any working day after publication of the Notice of Election, until 4pm on Thursday, 8 April 2021

Making Objections to Nomination Papers 

Between 10am and 12 noon on Thursday, 8 April 2021, objections can be made to all delivered nominations.

Between 12 noon and 5pm on Thursday, 8 April 2021, objections can only be made to nominations delivered after 4pm on Wednesday, 7 April 2021.
