Safeguarding training
Safeguarding Adults Training is available to all our contracted and non-contracted providers and organisations. Members of the Independent Sector and Voluntary Sectors can also access this training.
Level 1 - Alerter Training
This training is a mandatory programme for all Darlington Borough Council staff and is also available to the Independent Sector and Voluntary Sector staff.
Example Target Audience/Candidates include: Home Care Staff, Social Workers/Care Managers, Volunteers, Support Workers, Transport Workers, Domestic Staff, Team Leaders, Library and Communities Staff.
Level 2 - Managing the Alert Training
This training is primarily directed at any staff who hold responsibility for referring to the department.
Examples of Target Audience/Candidates include: Home Care Managers, Registered Managers, Duty Managers, Team Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Practitioners.
