How to pay your rent
You can pay us every week, every two weeks, every four weeks or every month. However you pay your rent, your rent account should be kept up to date.
Please remember that if you receive Housing Benefit you must pay your top-up yourself as not all your charges will be covered by this and if you receive Universal Credit housing costs you must pay all the housing costs to us in addition to your top-up as not all your charges will be covered by this.
There are several ways that you may pay your rent to us:
You can pay your rent, as well as reporting repairs and contacting the Housing team if you have a Darlington Home Online account.
