Paying your rent
If you owe it, pay it
It is important that you pay your rent, and any service charges, on time as this money pays for the services you receive. Failure to do so may lead to court action against you. Your weekly rent covers the cost of providing you with your home including repairs and maintenance and the service charge you pay depends on the services you receive and how much they cost to provide.
In order to protect you, we are only able to discuss your rent account directly with you, unless we have your authorisation to speak to a third person on your behalf. If you would like to authorise someone to speak on your behalf you must complete an access to personal information form [pdf document], sign it and return to us.
