Keeping Our Neighbourhoods Clean, Safe & Welcoming

We carry out regular inspections across all our estates, and they’re a great chance for us to spot any issues that need attention and to hear directly from you.
During each inspection, a member of our Housing Team will be joined by partners who also work in the area—this may include the police, Street Scene, and other local agencies. Your local councillor often joins us too.

These walkabouts are a perfect opportunity to:

Identify repairs or environmental issues
Talk to residents about concerns or suggestions
Work together to improve shared spaces
