Engagement Ambassadors

The Engagement Ambassador Group (EAG) is a forum of able and willing staff from across the Council that meet regularly (bi-monthly or as required) to discuss matters of common interest, topical issues and to act as a sounding board and feedback mechanism for both staff and management. This page introduces you to the ambassadors, giving you an idea of what they do and how you can share your views with them. There’s also information r how to join them if this is of interest to you.

The last employee survey informed us that staff at all levels want management to be more open and responsive to their views. We agree that your opinions are important, and we want your help to test ideas and give feedback on a wide range of issues before decisions are made. To help us talk to staff at all levels and in all services, we have set up the EAG.

Your current representatives are;

We want to make sure the EAG is truly representative – if you want to have your say, whatever your job role, shift pattern or hours of work, then we want to hear from you! Whether you are a full time office worker, working seasonal shifts or based in one of our more remote settings you can get involved! This group is ideal for those who wish to capture the views of colleagues and also for those aspiring leaders and managers, who want to participate in organisational projects.
