Wellbeing packages

If you work in the adult care sector you can apply for free wellbeing packages.

The Government’s Workforce Retention and Recruitment Fund provides the funding.

The packages are available to:

  • paid carers
  • ancillary staff
  • front line management

as thanks for the dedication, commitment and care they have demonstrated over the Covid pandemic.

What’s available

There are two types of packages available.

  • Personal wellbeing package
  • Family wellbeing voucher pack

Personal wellbeing package

12-month Corporate Membership at the Dolphin Centre.

This includes gym, pool, and traditional classes.

The gym team are GP referral qualified so can deal with various medical conditions.

This includes the get results service.

Get results provides ongoing 1:1 support and programmes tailored to each individual to help them reach their exercise goal.

Family wellbeing voucher pack

  • 10 vouchers to visit the following family activities to use throughout the year
  • 3 x Free Family Bowling
  • 3 x Free Family Soft Play
  • 3 x Free Family Swimming
  • Buy one get one free on up to 4 panto tickets

Applying for a package

Call, email, or chat to our team.

We can then check employment status and identity.

A wellbeing package will be issued in the form of vouchers or membership.

Packages are limited to one per person.
