Finishing Touches and Optional Extras
Those finishing touches can make all the difference and help to make your occasion your own. We are happy to advise you on how you can add that little extra to your event by considering some of the following examples:

Choose from table centres to full room centre pieces.
From star cloths and fairy lighting to full atmospheric lighting.
Select from chocolate fountains or fondue sets to personalized confectionery.

Our entertainment expertise ranges from weddings and conferences to National and International events. With years of experience in organising and designing entertainment programmes and themed events we can offer an experienced all-inclusive service.
Darlington’s Annual Charity Mayor’s Ball is just one example of the high profile themed events that we successfully design. Interior, entertainment programmes and catering can all be created around the theme of your choice.
The Main Hall is the largest area in the building and has one of the biggest indoor capacities in the Tees Valley. Events include concerts; exhibitions; sporting events; balls and much more. The Hall can also be set up with a marquee lining to make the occasion that extra special.
This regency-style chandeliered ballroom is the perfect setting for any event. The Hall holds up to 500 people and is ideal for product launches; concerts; exhibitions, weddings and private parties. The historic Bull Wynd entrance to the south facing side of the building will take guests directly to the Central Hall, which provides a beautiful setting and incorporates a private bar facility, loop system, specialist lighting and PA equipment. Central Hall is licensed as an approved venue for marriages/civil partnerships for larger ceremonies.
The Pease Suite, which is used as the main ceremony room for the Register Service, seating up to 80 people theatre style. This room has a loop system installed.
The Stephenson Suite is also part of the Register Service and is again used as a ceremony room for smaller weddings. The Stephenson Suite can hold a maximum of 40 people theatre style and has a loop system installed.

We can provisionally reserve your booking for up to 14 days, after this time we will require a 25% deposit (or the full amount if under £100 to confirm the booking). Our Occasions team will arrange to meet with you as often as you require leading up to your occasion to confirm the finer details.
