Soft play safety information

Booking your visit

In line with industry guidance and safety of our customers we have reduced our play capacity numbers and also introduced specific session timeslots to ensure we can facilitate a safe play area for our customers and maintain social distancing. Due to reduction in capacity we ask that only one adult attends per child until restrictions are lifted to maintain safety and prevent overcrowding.

Sessions must be booked and paid in advanced, which can be done over the phone on 01325 406000.

Before your visit

In the best interest and safety of staff and customers we ask that customers do not come to the facility if they or a member of the immediate family have any of the following symptoms:

  • Signs of a temperature
  • A new or persistent cough
  • Been in contact with someone whom has tested positive
  • Loss of taste/smell

Coronavirus guest safety measures

As well as our normal high standard cleaning of the area the following has been put in place.

Sanitising stations are in place at entrance of building, soft play reception and at the entry points of the play structure to allow regular use during visits. We ask that parents encourage children to do so.

Sessions and capacity

Sessional play has been introduced to allow further cleansing of the play areas between sessions. Capacities have been reduced to allow social distancing and allow circulation in safe manner. We also ask that only one parent per child visits the centre to prevent over crowding in the area. A maximum of 37 spaces will be available per session until restrictions are removed.

30 minutes between sessions are to allow regular sanitising of high touch points and regular cleaning between sessions as well as further routine clean at end of the day.  Additional deep clean of the structure will take place weekly to ensure that areas are cleansed thoroughly.

Social distancing

Please use the distance markers on the floor to assist with social distancing at reception area and catering counter. Tables and chairs are spaced out to allow for social distancing. We ask that customers do not move furniture. Maximum of 4 per table to allow for social distancing. Our menu will still be available with counter service, contactless payment is preferred.

Face coverings

Staff will wear appropriate PPE in accordance with government guidelines. Customers will be required to wear face coverings within the centre and play area unless sat at a table. Face coverings are not required in the play frame but are required moving around soft play circulation spaces. Children under the age of 11 years are not required to wear face covering or if medically exempt.
