Bowls Indoor - Darlington Indoor Bowls Club

The club opened in 1980 on the site of the former North Road Locomotive Works. In 2012 the playing surface was replaced with lottery funding from Sport England. Today, the club offers an eight‑rink, international‑sized flat‑green bowling facility. It is open to both members and the general public. The club is committed to being inclusive and accessible. It encourages people of all ages and abilities to take part. It is a place where all generations come together and build connections. Seasoned bowlers or curious first timers feel at home with our friendly atmosphere.
