What is The Dolphin Centre Academy?
The Dolphin Centre Academy helps staff learn to think in new and creative ways. The Centre encourages everyone to take responsibility, show passion, drive, and use their ideas to help the organisation grow.
The Dolphin Centre has been approved as an IOEE Enterprise Academy. This means they are recognised for supporting staff to develop entrepreneurial skills. They created their own qualifications to help staff gain the skills needed to keep the Centre successful and continue supporting the people of Darlington.
In 2018, the academy received Special Recognition Award at the Houses of Parliament.
