For our 6:30am session locker bands will not be chargeable and available from the basket on entry to the changing village.

We recommend customers book online but can turn up if a space is available during reception opening times.

Please note between 12pm-1pm there are only 2 lanes in the pool, due to Aqua Aerobics taking place.

Booking procedure 

• Bookings can be made from 8am, 7 days before the activity.
• You can book lane swimming online with your Dolphin Centre Card.
• Alternatively you can call 01325 406000.
• All bookings must be booked and paid before the session.

Non-attendance / Cancellation Policy

• Members will be charged a £1 penalty for not attending sessions. 
• Members will be charged a £1 penalty for cancelling classes or sessions within 12 hours.
• If you have a debt on your account you will not be able to book onto classes or sessions until debt is cleared. 
• Debts can be cleared on your online account or by contacting reception.

Upcoming Swimming Gala's

As a centre we host multiple swimming gala's and school aqua splash events every year. When a swimming gala takes place the main pool is closed to public. During aqua splash events the shallow end of the main pool is closed, meaning lane swimming will be available in the deep end.
