For our 6:30am session locker bands will not be chargeable and available from the basket on entry to the changing village.

We recommend customers book online but can turn up if a space is available during reception opening times.

Please note between 12pm-1pm there are only 2 lanes in the pool, due to Aqua Aerobics taking place.

Family Swimming 

• Monday 16:00-19:30 (Diving boards & slides alternating)

For these sessions you don't need to book, simply just turn up and pay at reception.

Booking procedure 

• Bookings can be made from 8am, 7 days in advance.
• You can book lane swimming online with your Dolphin Centre Card.
• Alternatively you can call 01325 406000.
• All bookings must be booked and paid for in advanced.

Non-attendance / Cancellation Policy

• Members will be charged a £1 penalty for not attending sessions. 
• Members will be charged a £1 penalty for cancelling classes or sessions within 24 hours.
• If you have a debt on your account you will not be able to book onto classes or sessions until debt is cleared. 
• Debts can be cleared on your online account or by contacting reception.

As a centre we host multiple swimming gala's every year. When a swimming gala takes place the main pool is closed to public.
