Call for sites and HELAA

The Council undertook a call for sites from 13th March to 8th May 2025. This provided an opportunity for residents, developers, agents and other stakeholders to suggest sites that may be suitable for development.

Sites submitted (and a number of sites from other sources) have been assessed via a Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment. A schedule of the sites, a map of the sites and individual draft site assessments are available to view below.

Through this assessment and other work the sites have been considered for allocation. This has informed proposals in the Draft Local Plan Review.
