Here is a brief guide on how to use the online public access service [pdf document].

With our online system you can:

View and comment on planning applications
View planning decisions
View relevant plans and documents

It is available 7 days a week (although there may be times when it's down for maintenance) and you won’t need to travel to the planning office to find out what’s happening near you!

Following the digitisation of our paper records all Decision Notices and case files should now be available online.

What if I don’t have access or don’t want to comment online?

There is a facility to use Public Access on a dedicated computer in our Customer Services reception in the Town Hall, Feethams Darlington.

If you don’t want to comment online there are other ways you can comment on a planning application.
