I provide strategic leadership and direction across all children’s social care services, including Early Help, Social Care, Youth Justice, Safeguarding, Children in Care, Fostering and Adoption. My role is to ensure that children and families receive high‑quality, timely and effective support across the whole service.
I am the Council’s Responsible Individual for our Children’s Homes, offering strategic leadership and professional accountability to Ofsted for the quality of care we provide. I also act as the Agency Decision Maker for the service, making key decisions about children’s care planning and ensuring their needs remain at the centre of everything we do.
