I provide strategic leadership and direction across a wide range of functions, including Commissioning, Contracts and Brokerage, Performance and Transformation, and Business Support. Working with skilled team, I ensure these services are effective, well managed and aligned to the needs of residents and service users.
I support the Executive Director of Children and Adult Services with the strategic direction and performance oversight of both service areas, working closely with operational teams and key partners. My role focuses on ensuring effective commissioning, strong market shaping and robust quality monitoring across all associated services, so that we deliver high quality, sustainable support for children, adults and families.  I also undertake transformational programmes of work maximising system usage, re-designing processes and reviewing services with the aim of improving outcomes for service users and mitigating budget pressures.
