I provide strategic leadership and direction across a broad range of essential services, including  Highway Asset Management, Highway Network Management, Capital Projects, Building Construction and the Corporate Landlord function.

I work closely with teams across the directorate to ensure our infrastructure, buildings and public spaces are safe, well‑managed and maintained to a high standard. My role focuses on delivering effective services, strong project delivery and responsible stewardship of the Council’s assets to support our communities and the wider organisation.
