I provide strategic leadership for our Xentrall shared services, which include Design & Print, Transactional Finance, Transactional HR and ICT. These teams deliver essential support services to both Darlington and Stockton Councils, as well as a range of external customers, helping ensure our organisations run efficiently and effectively.

My role focuses on making sure these services remain high‑quality, customer‑focused and resilient, while continuing to evolve through new technology and more efficient ways of working. I work closely with senior leaders across both councils to ensure Xentrall supports wider strategic priorities and delivers real value for the organisations we serve.
