I provide strategic leadership and direction for the People Directorate and hold the statutory roles of Director of Children’s Services and Director of Adult Social Services. I am responsible for ensuring that children, young people and adults receive safe, high‑quality support across all our services, and that we meet our statutory duties effectively.
I work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and partners to set the strategic direction for both children’s and adults’ services, oversee performance, and ensure we deliver positive outcomes for our residents. My role also involves shaping long‑term plans, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that services are well‑led, resilient and focused on the needs of the people we support.
